The latter forced and set the pace and rinish.-.l gamely aft. r being headed. THE ARCHER ran well and seemed likely to win when a sixteenth out. but tired. WILLOW TREE was away poorly and closed a big gap. NUYAKA and BLUE BIRD tired.
