INFLICT EXTREME PENALTY On August 15, at Vancouver, B. C, the stewards handed down the following ruling: "For the inconsistent racing of the horse Golden Red, owner and trainer J. M. Plun-kett, jockey H. Gibson and the horse, Golden Red, are ruled off the turf."
