CAPTIVA also saved ground on the stretch turn, but tired right at. the end after taking the lead. KANDUIT was outrun, but finished well. IRISH BELLE set a fast early pace and quit. AUSMAR closed a big gap after making a slow beginning. ROBERT MAXWELL showed the most speed to the last eighth, but tired near the end.
