Won easily; second and third driving. IVY, well ridden, came with a rush after being forced back on the first turn and raced into a good lead in the last sixteenth. CHERRYCOTE raced forwardly from the start, but began tiring in the last eighth. CONWAY came from far back in the stretch. THE TRAMP began poorly and raced green, but closed a big gap in the stretch. Won driving; second and third the same. LOUISE WAGNER began fast and, showing the most speed, set a fast pace and held sway at the end, but had to be ridden hard from near the end to outstay HITRUMP. The latter was ridden wide on the turns, but came with a rush near the end. SARAFAX raced well and came fast in the final drive. ISAMAN came witli a rush in the last eighth. CRESCENT ran a fast half and would have raced better with a good rider. SCAMPER quit badly after going a half mile. Scratched 32C31 Voogeria, 115. CQfktf5THIRD RACE 3-4 Mile. July 19, 1924 1:113 121. MISS MEISE raced forwardly from the start and, after holding the lead briefly, stayed gamely in the final drive. PRICEMAKER ran a good race, but tired slightly in the final strides.
