SARATOGA TURF NOTES SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. T., Aug. 28. Jockey Keogh was suspended for the two remaining days of the meeting for rough riding on Malt in the fifth race. J. A. Coburn left for New York tonight The horses which race under the name of Mrs. J. A. Coburn leave for Belmont Park on Friday. Only forty horses are named in the six races to be decided Friday. This is a condition of affairs that has resulted in not a few of the patrons of the sport already leaving for home. Due to the overcrowding at Timonium, the overflow of horses will be stabled at Pimlico. A van will be operated daily, and this service will be given free to horsemen on the day their entries race. Before the first race Ampolac created a mild sensation in the paddock when he broke loose from an attendant and galloped off through the crowd. He was caught before any serious damage was done. One end of the entertainment that has been offered by the Saratoga Association during the month that is worthy of compliment, ia the music. William Nollers Troy band has I made good adequately in this, the first season I it has catered to a Saratoga racing crowd.
