One of the most famous and valuable of American stake races, the Lawrence Realization each year attracts entries from all the most prominent racing stables in the country with the result that when the time for the running of tho race arrives, the best three-year-olds of the year are generally found among the prospective contenders for the rich prize. The Lawrence Realization was first run at Sheepshead Bay in 1889 when the great toal-vator won it and the 4,100 that was the winners share. Tournament won it in the following year, then camo Potomac, Tammany, Daily American and Dobbins. Hamburg was victorious in 1898, Africander in 1903, Sysonby 1905, Fair Play 190S, Fitz Herbert 1909, Man o War, 1920 and Zev last year. These were some of tho wonderful horses that won the popular old fixture and whilo the field for tomorrows running is lacking the acknowledged leader of the years three-year-old division, the six named are of good quality and should furnish an interesting struggle.
