SUIT OVER CUBAN TRACK Word from Jacksonville, Fla., is that H. D. "Curly" Brown has filed in the Federal Court there a petition for the appointment of a receiver for the Cuban-American Jockey and Auto Club, which controls the Havana track in Cuba, where a winter race meeting is conducted annually.
