"Curly" Brown has filed in the Federal Court there a petition for the appointment of a receiver for the Cuban-American Jockey and Auto Club, which controls the Havana track in Cuba, where a winter race meeting is conducted annually. Brown and some fifty odd stockholders, the report says, claim mismanagement on the part of those in control.
