I : -, AKRON TURF NOTES AKRON, Ohio, Sept 30. J. A. Parsons claimed Pat Hampson out of tho fourth race for ?000. L. C. Everett claimed Mason Towle for 00 out of the third race. C. R. Aldrich purchased Lottie Lorraine today at private sale. Gene Bury, who acted as racing secretary at the Fair at Memphis, Tenn., Avas a -visitor today. P. J. Miles and Carl Drake were arrivals, the latter coming from Memphis and Miles from Baltimore. Jockey K. Noe was sen down for five days by the stewards for rough riding. Jockeys Elmore and F. Richardson were each given two days by starter Harris for disobedience while at the post Jockey M. Garrett was an arrival today and was seen in the saddle for the first time here. Maiden Voter bowed a tendon in her race here yesterday. Day of Peace pulled up very lame after, the sixth race today.
