AUCTION SALE AT JAMAICA Billy Warren Brings Top Price of ,300 Hephaistos Goes for 700. NEW YORK, N. T., Oct. 6. The disposal sale, held in the paddock at Jamaica Saturday under the auspices of the Fasig-Tipton Company attracted a large attendance and resulted in spirited bidding on choice lots. A total of twenty-four head was sold for a total of 520,650. Frank E. Browns Billy Warreri proved the outstanding star in a financial way and after brisk bidding he was knocked down to Frank Herold on his bid of ,300.
