Won easily; second and third -driving. COYNE began fast and raced forwardly from the start, came fast and gamely in the final 1 drive and, taking the lead, was going away in the last sixteenth. KINDRED made up ground and finished fast. CLOUGHJORDAN raced into the lead with a rush in the first eighth and set a fast -pace, but tired in the last sixteenth. NAUGHTY NISISA closed a gap in the stretch run after making a slow beginning. ALLIE OCI1S showed speed, but quit in the last quarter. BROWNIE was away slowly and had to race wide on the ; turns. DELECTABLE ran a good race, was i close up all the way and finished gamely. PETER MALONEY was outpaced in the early running, but saved much ground on the turns and was racing gaiiiely at the end. ST. MARTINS finished well and I had no mishaps. LONDON SMOKE tired. LADY MARIAN ran poorly. KIT was always far back. CHILHOWEE raced into the lead with a rush and set a great pace under hard restraint for ir three-quarters, then held, his lead gamely in the stretch when WISE COUNSELLOR challenged and held d liim safe all through the last eighth. WISE COUNSELLOR was under restraint for the first three-quarters - and finished fast and gamely, but was held safe by the winner. GRAEME moved up just it before reaching the strtetch, but tired. C?
