SEMBLAT BEATS GARNER SPECIAL CABLEGRAMS PARIS, France, Nov. 15. Jockey Semblat finished the flat racing season yesterday with a good lead over his leading rival, Guy Garner, for the riding honors of the year in France. Semblat rode eighty-nine winners, out of 559 mounts, while Garner rode eighty-two winners out of 481 mounts. Garners percentage is better than Semblats, however.
