GREY LAG AND MAD HATTER GREY LAG The announcement of Harry Sinclair, proprietor of the Rancocas Stable, that the stallions of that noted establishment would be available for public stud service next year is of great interest to breeders who have desirable matrons to send to the court of these great race horses. Grey Lag is among those mentioned that will be available for such service. He was one cf the greatest of handicap Horses of recent years with a notable record of achievement on the rac3 course, being among the largest money winners on the American turf with a total of 33, G35 to his credit, the result of twenty-two victories out of 37 starts, being unplaced but three times in his career. He was second in nine races and third in three. MAD HATTER Mad Hatter, is another of. the Rancocas stars that will be available for public stud service next year. He is a veteran campaigner over the tracks of this country, having been seen in action for. the last seven, years. Mad Hatter, though temperamental at times, was a smashing good race horse at all distances and retires to the stud with winnings of 94,523 and a long list of notable victories in many of our most famous races.
