BUILDING PLANS AT MIAMI Two Hundred, Fifty Bungalows to Be Erected Near New Track Good Accommodations. MIAMI, Fla.. Nov. 25. Building plans that will be of particular interest to horsemen have just been announced here. One million dollars will be spent on bungalows at Hialeah, all o which will be close to the race track of the Miami Jockey Club. It is proposed to build 250 of these bungalows and work on the first ten has just been started. The entire program is expected to be completed in time for the opening of the racing season on January 15. The bungalows will be frame structures, each twenty-eight feet square. Each will be built on the same Jloor plan, but all will have different exteriors. The, houses will contain a living room, with breakfast alcove, two bedrooms, with large clothes closets, kitchen, bath and porch. Features of th bungalows will be a large fireplace in the living room and the walls will all be plastered. It is proposed to put the bungalows on the market at ,850 each. None will be mora than ,500 unless constructed by special order. " E. G. Sewell, president of the Miami Chamber of Commerce, announced today that the total building program for this year would amount to 5,000,000. This new construction includes fourteen new hotels, one hundred and thirty-five new apartment buildings and 2,000 new cottages. There are now 350 apartment houses in Miami, and it is cshnated that about 5,000 cottages are taking roomers. Miami is one of the most popular resort cities in the United States, and horsemen and visitors for the racing season will find that the costs of accommodations are as reasonable as in any similar city in the United States. The citizens of Miami are enthusiastic over the prospect of racing. Already horses are working over the new track, and the horsemen now here are very enthusiastic in their comments on its quality.
