Forsha, owner of 32strella. beaten off in the first race today at Jefferson Park, lodged a claim for Flying Devil, but it Avas not allowed on the ground that Estrella Avas palpably in an unfit racing condition and that her presence in the race Avas, according to opinion of the stewards, to serve as a medium j for claiming purposes. The entry of Estrella j Avas ordered refused until she is in thorough j racing condition.
