Quarters to accommodate S00 horses are to bo provided at the new course. It is Mr. McMillens intention to make the plant one of the best in the west, and he stated that no expense is to be spared by the new association in their efforts to attract the best class of thoroughbreds available to tho first meeting. It has been decided to make the course 90 feet across on the front stretch and 75 on the rear straightaway. It is believed by oflicers of the new organization that this space will provide room for as many as twenty horses to start in a race.
