j j LEXINGTON TURF NOTES LEXINGTON, Ky., March 31. Dan W. Scotts Kentucky Derby candidate. Son of John, did the stellar work at the Kentucky track today, when he galloped the quarter in 25, the half in 51%, three-quarters in 1 :17% and one mile in 1 :46. M. C. Cundiffs Traymore galloped a half in 50%. John J. Troxltrs King Nadi five-eighths in 1 :08 and Senator J. C. Camdens Tilka three-quarters in 1 :19%. John Lowe was here today from Louisville and went out to James P. Headleys farm to see his good Von Tromp mare Hold Me and her foal by the very gocd horse High Cloud. It is a magniiioent bay filly. Hold Me will be mated this season with Brown Prince II.
