HAYNES GOES TO GERMANY NEW YORK, N. Y. March 31— Barrett Haynes received a letter from his brother, Everett, who rode Epinard in his International races here last fall, stating that he had left to join his new employer in Germany. Haynes wrote that conditions as far as racing was concerned in Germany were much improved, and he predicted a bip racing season there. Haynes, however, is still under contract to Pierre Wertheimer. the French sportsman, and it was only with the latters consent that he accepted the Herman offer. Should he become dissatisfied with his new berth, he will return to the employ of Mr. Wertheimer at Maisons-Laffitte.
