THORNCLIFFE FALL MEETING May Be Held Under the Canadian Racing Associations Jurisdiction — Stewards Ruling. TORONTO, Ont.. May 29.— There was a meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations this morning and many applications fur licenses were passed on. While no action -was taken, it is unofficially announced that the fall meeting at Thorncliffe will be held under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations. This meeting will probably follow that at Woodbine. The following ruling was issued by the stewards: "Entry of the horse Bigheart in future races run under the auspi ■• s of the OntaKo Jockey Club will be received with the understanding that he be assigned to an outside post position at the post. This ruling U made as the deisre to protect the other horses competing, as it is our belief that he is a dangerous kicker at all times while at the starting post. We further I elieve that this ruling should be enforced at all meetings under sanction of the Canadian Racing Associations for the best interest of racing." The horse James F. OHara is to wear a muzzle in all future races. • —
