JTOPANGO IN FAST FINISH i Takes Maple Heights Main Race After Spirited Contest. * Sweepstakes Triumphs Over Trafalgar and Carlos Enrique — Move Over to Brooklyn lark Monday. CLEVELAND, Ohio, May 29.— W. R. Padgetts Topango led practically throughout and accounted for the Oh-Ho-Ho Purse, fifth and feature attraction at Maple Heights this I j afternoon. Sweepstakes eventually scored a handy victory over Trafalgar and Carlos Enrique in the fourth race. The latter cut out a sizzling early pace, but had nothing left when challenged in the final eighth. Albert L. and Double Shot contested the leadership closely to the stretch in the sixth event, where Chef d-Oeuvre challenged. Double Shot weakened when the real test came and Chef d-Oeuvre outgamed Albert L. for the major portion of the purse. Although she began none too well Sindora proved best of the two-year-olds in the initial race. Jockey Yerrat rushed the winner up at the turn for home and. taking command, retained the lead all the last eighth. Go Through, closing up gamely on the inside, nosed out Golden Sweep in the final stride for i second place. Perroquet, after racing Chloe D. into defeat, was doing his best at the end to beat Millie G. at the end of the second race, which I marked his maiden victory.
