JOSEPH CATTARINICH VISITOR Joseph Cattarinich well known in racing circles where the machine system of wager ¬ ing is used was a visitor in Chicago Satur ¬ day and while here announced that he had completed arrangements with the officials of the Illinois Jockey Club which is construct ¬ ing their race course at Homewood 111 to assume charge of the certificate department He stated that the order for all the necessary tickets and other paraphernalia had been placed and that his end of the work would be all in readiness when the gates are thrown open for the inaugural meeting
