NEW YORK TURF NOTES NKW YORK, N. Y.. March 31. Joe Notter is highly pleased with the manner in which his charges are showing up in the open. He has a couple of sets working eery morning and they want to race. Bud May says his string of fillies that will earn, the Williams silks have shown M much life and energy in the o; en as they did in shed work earlier in the year. He is now giving them their Imrrier lessons and he expects to have his? hands full every morning for several days, as they are not an easy band to handle.
