Start good and slow. Won driving: second and third the Mine. LOYAL II., racing in blinkers, showed improved form and was close up from the start, finishing well, outgamid lKTKU J. The latter began on the extreme outside and had to race wide in the early running, but raced into the lead after going a half mile and appeared done when an eighth out. but came again gamely near the end. TRIBAL had to work through a rough race and finished fast. HO-HOKUY was close up all the way. SWEEITOXA and ARRAGOSA ran jtoorly. WEST HILL came fast and gamely through the stretch and outstayed BOBS BEST. The latter raced well all the way. BRlNSWICK raced closest tip to the last eighth, but tired in the last sixteenth. TORIIIKR came from far back. BRAEDAI.BANE quit. LEONARD G. lost his rider at the start, but was remounted and cantered around. QIICKEN wan taken back repeatedly in the first quarter and raced wide on the turns but finished with a rush when ridden hard. BIN had to overcome some interference. JESSICA ran poorly.
