CYCLOPEAN ran out slightly on the turns snd finished gamely. TlFLI finished gamely snd outstayed HONEY LOU in the stretch drive. BLACK AIR raced up and finished gamely to outstay HAPPY HOBO. The latter came with a rush on the outside in the stretch. RED SETH. repeatedly cut off. closed up some ground when clear. O. WILDCAT, far back in the early stages, moved up fast after going three-quarters, but could never get to the leader. BILLY WELCH acted as pacemaker the first part and held on well at the end. SIR RALPH finished fast. QlANAH quit badly in the last quarter. .
