i FALL MEETING FOR TULSA HOMEWOOD, 111., June 15. Clint Dewitt has arrived at Washington Park from Tulsa, where he served as a steward at a successful twenty-one-day meeting which ended last Saturday. Mr. Dewitt reports that the .meeting in the famous Oil City was successful in every way, and that the better class of people in Tulsa were regular daily patrons at the course. The success of the spring meeting, according to Mr. Dewitt, has prompted H. E. Springer, who arranged the meeting, to make plans for a fall meeting opening late in September. Mr. Dewitt, who is a former well known trainer, plans to remain in Chicago for the remainder of the summer.
