SEAGRAM SIGNS PICHON HAVRE DE GRACE, Md.. April 20— Edward Seagram, who is here from Canada, has closed a deal for the services of jockey L. Pichon for the Pimlico and T tronto spring meetings. It is possible that the agreement between Pichon and the Seagram Stable may be continued for the entire racing season.
