MADDEN SECRETARY RESIGNS LEXINGTON Ky May 7 Miss Daysie Procter for the past nineteen years in the employ of the late John E Madden first as his private secretary and later as secretary of Hamburg Place his noted breeding estab ¬ lishment has tendered her resignation to be ¬ come effective June 1 Miss Procter has as yet made no definite plans for the immediate future and will probably spend the next few months in taking a long rest Through her long association with Mr Madden she came to know and be known by horsemen and persons interested in racing all over the country
