TWO RACES FAIL TO FILL MIAMI, Fla., Jan. 9. Secretary H. D. Mun-roe complains that the horsemen refuse tc enter in the races framed for the better class of horses at Tropical Park. In the fiftt and seventh races for Monday, only three entries were made, which of course necessitated both of these events being declarec off.
