CLAIMS AND SALES 5 $ H. Veach, who recently purchased the two-year-old Abaco from the Meadowbrook Stable, will train the animal in the future. S. Earl has been training the youngster. The filly, Colonels Daughter, has been transferred from the stable of C. A. Davenport to that of George Faulkner. Double Heart, winner of the first race Friday at Hialeah, changed hands after his victory when H. S. Hart claimed him from F. A. Carreaud for ,500. Mrs. K. B. Blank sold Tat to S. F. Hall at New Orleans. J. Rivet will continue as trainer. E. J. Reed claimed Truxton out of his race Friday for 00. The Mahopac Stable took George D. Wide-ners Partisan out of the fourth race Saturday at Hialeah when he deposited ,500 in the claiming box for the Wildair gelding.
