PLYING HEELS TOP WEIGHT MIAMI, Fla., Jan. 19. Weights have been announced for the Miami Beach Handicap, at one mile, the Saturday feature of the Miami Jockey Club. There are sixty-one on the eligible list and J. J. Curtis Flying Heels, winner of the Inaugural Handicap, under top weight, is again at the top with 126 pounds as his impost. Rudolph Spreckels Judge Schilling, a recent winner, and W. M. Moores Vander Pool, an unfortunate in the Inaugural, are at the same notch under 120 pounds, and then comes Herbert M. Woolfs good mare Lady Broadcast, with 117 pounds as her impost. Knight Commander is handicapped at 116 pounds and the others scale down from those weights.
