JOCKEY LEWIS INJURED MIAMI, Fla.,March 10. Jockey M. Lewis was at the track this afternoon. He reports that an x-ray examination disclosed that he had suffered a fractured collar bone and he will be out of action until the opening of the Bowie meeting. Lewis leaves for Kentucky tomorrow where he will spend a week before continuing on his journey to Pim-lico where he will join the Coldstream Stud Stable to whom he is under contract.
