SEA SOLDIER UNPLACED SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. SANDOWN, England, March 10. The Chicago syndicates Grand National Steeplechase candidate, Sea Soldier, son of Man o War, failed with two other American horses to finish among the placed horses in the Select Handicap Steeplechase, over three miles and 125 yards today. The other American horses were J. H. "Jock" Whitneys Slater and M. D. Blairs Aruntius. C. O. Brocklehursts Pelorus Jack won.
