NEW TRACK SUPERINTENDENT MIAMI, Fla., March 10. E. F. Carruthers, manager of the Aurora course, left tonight for Havana. He reports many improvements at Aurora, principal of which was the resurfacing of the track with a top dressing of loam. John Keegan, superintendent of the Hialeah Park course, has been engaged to look after the Aurora track. Application for stabling can be made with E. Hileman, who is at Tropical Park every afternoon. Stabling at Aurora will be available March 17.
