LATONIA CUP WORK OUT LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 2. Raoul Walshs Border Warrant had another serious trial for the Latonia Cup when he worked that long route on a heavy track this morning in 4:23. The Irish-bred three-year-old went the quarter in :28, half-mile in :55, three-quarters in 1:25, mile in 1:56, mile and one-quarter in 2:24, mile and one half in 2:54, mile and three-quarters in 3:24, and two miles in 3:55. It was a good gallop, and the Walsh colt may yet make a mark on this side of the Atlantic.
