KEENEY PARK APPLICATIONS Many Owners Signify Their Intention of Racing at the Bay- -ard, Fla., Course. NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 2. George Read stated yesterday that he had received stable applications from many owners who signi- fied their intention of racing at Keeney. Park, which opens on December 30 and runs to and including January 18. Read,-who will serve in an official capacity at that meeting, received word from.
