MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS LATONIA, Ky., Nov. 10. Joseph McLennan, racing secretary of the Miami Jockey Club, sent on the information that no horseman should ship to Hialeah Park unless his application for stalls has been approved and he has received confirmation in writing. The Hialeah track will be open to receive horses by November 20, Mr. McLennan said.
