FULL TERM FOR BELMONT PARK NEW YORK, N. Y., May 23. Although the Westchester Racing Associations condition book for the spring meeting covers only twelve days, May 27 to June 10, and all the stake renewals are scheduled for decision within that period, indications are that the sport at Belmont Park will continue for the full term allotted by The Jockey Club May 27 to June 16. This allows for seventeen racing days, the association having decided that Monday. June 5, shall be an idle day. Joseph E. Widener, president of the Westchester Racing Association, today issued a statement on this point. He said: "If proper and sufficient support is given the Westchester Racing Associations spring meeting and all signs are most encouraging at present the meeting will be extended to Friday, June 16, a total of seventeen days."
