Won driving; second and third easily. REVERE moved into command at the start, saved ground and withstood a long and hard drive to outlast STAND PAT. The latter began in a tangle, moved up. with a rush, challenged gamely entering the stretch, but tired. CANT REMEMBER, away poorly, closed a big gap. CALORIC began in motion and had no mis-haps. WILLOW KING, away slowly and in close quarters, could not get through. TOP ROW, under pressure from the start, could not reach the leaders. BAZAAR raced green. TIME CLOCK was away slowly. HAMPTONIAN tired after setting the pace. CRUMPLER had no mishaps. CREE fell at the twelfth fence and ACTOR II at the thirteenth. GOLDEN WAY was rated along. under Steady restraint, came to the outside of the leaders, moved up stoutly, but ducked to the inside when placed under pressure. CANRON raced forwardly all the way and had no mishaps. GUSTO, outrun to the stretch turn, made up some ground slowly. OSCULATOR snowed speed for three-quarters and quit. LARRANAGA had no mishaps.
