LICENSE DRIVE ON Automobile owners to the number of 1,300 appeared before Judge J. M. Braude for failure to have either city or state licenses. Since the drive started on Monday, very few have received fines, but starting Thursday those brought in had to either pay a fine or stand trial. If they desired the latter procedure they were given continuances.
