TO PLEAD FOR KIDNAPER KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 26. Mary Mc-Elroy, daughter of City Manager H. F. Mc-Elroy, stated on Thursday that she would make a personal appeal to Governor Park in an effort to secure the commutation of the death sentence, which has been imposed , on her kidnaper, Walter McGee. The doomed man is sentenced to hang TVIay 10, and has been denied a rehearing by the State Supreme Court.
