AURORA TURF NOTES E HI McMahon trainer for the Evergreen Farm reported that he transferred Magic Lad Wagwood and Race Craft to Wash ¬ ington Park from the farm and left four others at the latter point to be rested up Jockey upJockey Fred Rife came in from his home in Sioux City Iowa wheret he spent several days with relatives before swinging into action for the summer summerH H K Barren accompanied by jockey J Chestnut arrived from Texas with the fol ¬ lowing thoroughbreds Grey Porte Escomur Runaway Target Royal Link Exchange Club Little Reigh and Ima Count CountApprentice Apprentice Henry Hauer who ranks among the leading riders of the country came in from the Lone Star State and will dp the bulk of the riding for C E Davison his contract employer employerWith With the arrival of several stables from Arlington Downs over the weekend the thoroughbred colony was increased consid ¬ erably Among the foremost of the new arrivals is the stable of the Illinois turfman Clarence E Darvison which included such performers as Nayanod March Step Karkie i Show Boy Rapjd BellSj Renaidt Annant Cap ¬ tain Red Eternal Flash Kuva Bistrita Salaam and Little Coquina iBoston Sound Barrido and Walter Morton had been pre ¬ viously sent here Jack Hodgins trainer for R B Georges Glad Acres Farm was another to check in with My Tommie Honest Susan Pharosay and the following twoyearolds Apropos Notation Enticement Red Colonel and Safe Flay The promising juvenile Hi Cliff headed the horses of the Forest City Stable which arrived under the supervision of A J Muel ¬ ler Others in the outfit are Strolling High High Devine Pqlyphote and Courant CourantFrank Frank J Gran dcame in with five horses which he will campaign on the Illinois cir ¬ cuit throughout the summer of which much improved threeyearold Play Pal is the best Safe Porte Roger Witch Fjnmar and CoL Pete stringJack make up the balance of the string Jack McAuliffe who recently took over the duties of trainer for the stable of racers owned by N Naylor brought in four from the Lone Star State headed by the fleet threeyearold filly Virginia J while Judge Leer Old State and Anklets complete the list
