CALIENTE OPENS DECORATION DECORATIONDAY DAY NOT ON THURSDAY AGUA CALIENTE Mexico May 24 With Decoration Day falling on Sunday May 30 and being celebrated on Monday May 31 general manager Gene Normile has decided to move the fourday week of rac ¬ ing up one day so as to get in the Monday There will be no racing held at Caliente next Thursday Racing will begin Friday and go through to and include Monday In this way it will give them two holidays of racing in the fourday week This plan will only hold good next week The following week racing will again go back to the original schedule of starting on Thursday and finishing on Sunday
