HELD ON POISON PEN CHARGES LYNN Mass Oct 31 Brought into dis ¬ trict court in connection with six poison pen letters sent to Miss Sally Clark 19 sisterinlaw of John Roosevelt youngest son of the President Peter Herritos 35 a shoe worker today was committed to Boston Psychopathic Hospital for a thirtyfiveday observation period Justice Ralph W Reeves held up charges against Herritos pending the examination If found mentally unbal ¬ anced he will be sent to a state hospital Herritos allegedly admitted to police wrif ing letters to Miss Clark
