PROCLAIMED DALAI LAMA CHUNG KING China July 20 A 5year old Chinese peasant boy has been proclaimed the fourteenth Dalai Lama according to in ¬ formation reaching here today from Ilasa Tibet The thirteenth Lama died in Decem ¬ ber 1933 and according to the Tibetan re ¬ ligion his soul has been reincarnated in the boy now chosen to succeed him A number of boys born at the time the old Lama died were candidates for the honor
