KUHN PLEADS GUILTY WEBSTER Mass July 20 Appearing in a crowded District court room Fritz Kuhn Fuehrer of the GermanAmerican Bund today pleaded guilty to charges of intoxica ¬ tion and profanity He was ordered by Judge Louis Rieutord to pay a 5 fine on the profanity count The intoxication case was placed on file Spectators crowding the small court room in expectation of a wordy legal battle saw Kuhn fail to contest the charges of Patrolman Henry Plasse whom he allegedly engaged in an altercation early Sunday morning Kuhn had been released in bail of 54 but failed to appear in South bridge court Monday morning He later tele ¬ phoned from New York and arranged to make his appearance today
