REORGANIZE NORTH RANDALL File Petition in the United States StatesDistrict District Court Show Deficit of 12339661 Horsemen Paid CLEVELAND Ohio July 21 The Cleve ¬ land Jockey Club operators of the North Randall race track is seeking to reorganize under the Chandler act A petition was filed yesterday in the United States District Court Harry J Crawford attorney for the corporation said that no plan had been formulated for the reorganization and that the petition was the first step stepNorth North Randall for years one of the lead Ing harness horse tracks in America held its first meeting for thoroughbreds this year and the thirtythreeday season closed July 4 The petition shows a deficit of 12339661 The petition also lists an item of 700 due horsemen but Crawford said all money due to horse owners at the track had been paid He also said all purses had been met
