PURSE TAKEN FROM HIGH BLAME BLAMENEW NEW YORK N Y May 3 The rac ¬ ing commission through its secretary John Shevlin notified the Metropolitan Jockey Club Friday that the purse pay ¬ able to Mrs J A Cobtirn owner of the horse High Blame which won is to be withheld In the redistribution of the purse first money is to be awarded to C S Bromley owner of Blacant second money to W C Winfrey owner of Early Settler third to Mrs Ethel D Jacobs owner of Uvalde and fourth to J J Barker owner of Oddesas Pride The action is the result of the suspension of trainer J A Coburn for an indefinite period due to a positive reaction of drug in the urinal test of High Blame which won the second race at Jamaica on April 23
