RAIN CAUSES CHANGE IN TIME TIMENEW NEW YORK N Y June 5 Belmont Parks races on Thursday afternoon were run at twentyfive minute intervals instead of the usual thirtyminute intervals This change was effected because of the rainy weather conditions Very few of the light crowd present visited the paddoc between races so that it was unnecessary to allow time for that The winners were unsaddled in the enclosure before the stands but other participants in the races were unsaddled near the administration building
