FAIRMOUNT HORSEMEN TO MEET MEETCOLLINSVILLE COLLINSVILLE 111 June 13 A meeting of all owners and trainers will be held Mon ¬ day morning at 11 oclock at the grandstand at Fairmount Park for the purpose of ef ¬ fecting an organization and hearing reports relative to the test case now pending in the state of Illinois for refund of social security tax collected from owners on ac ¬ count of free lance jockeys The test case is for the purpose of establishing the true and legal relationship that may or may not exist between owners and free lance jockeys jockeysIt It is the contention of all owners and trainers that freelance jockeys and inde ¬ pendent contractors and that they should be exempt from paying the social security tax
