Phelps Contract Sold COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 24.— Acting fjjr Mis. James Davis. Willie Hirtphy purchased the contract on apprentice R. Phelps from Tom Parks, Illinois owner-trainer and breeder. Mrs. Davis, who hails from Shreveport, La., has several horses quartered at the local track, under the direction of Hinphy.
