Planning Chicago Campaign SAN MATEO, Calif., Apj il 10.— E. L. Fitzgerald, trainer of Norman W. Churchs Northway Stud, is planning another midsummer campaign en the Chicago circuit. Among the horses he is taking east are a number of candidates for the Arlington and Washington Park Futurities.
